This school was begun by Mrs. Pritpal Singh in the year 1979. In the wake of having worked at Bishop Cotton School for a long time and heading the Junior Section there, She cleared out in 1977 and began with Shimla Public School and worked without any help for a long time. Shimla Public School was a Nursery School in the underlying years.
