Admission in the class X & XII is not permittable at Dagshai Public School, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. Parents/Guardians are welcome to visit the school on a working day, see the layout, the environment and the facilities available on the campus, purchase the school prospectus, fill in the admission form and register. A simple admission test is conducted for the prospective student after registration to determine his capabilities. The test is conducted as per the general standard of the last class attended by the student. If the child passes the examination, then he with his parents have a conversation with the Principal. The test is conducted by three methods:
• Class LKG to UKG – No written test, only an oral test.
• Class I to V – English & Maths (1.5 hrs)
• Class VI to IX – English, Maths & Science (2 hrs)

Parents of selected children are required to pay the school fees to secure admission. On the starting date of the school, it is a must for the selected child to report to the school.
