The ancient historical town of Toda Rai Singh in Tonk District of Rajasthan, situated amongst the picturesque hills around Bisalpur Dam, is home to BL Memorial Charitable Sansthan. This Sansthan was launched by Shri KanhiyaLalChoudhary, in the memory of his father, Shri BannaLalChoudhary, a social activist and environmentalist of repute.

This Sansthan has initiated many social projects like tree plantation in Toda and Bisalpur, building for girl´s hostel in Malpura, art & cultural programmes, modification to an ancient Shiv temple atop a hill adjacent to Toda and building dharmshala& steps at this temple to facilitate darshan etc.
