The school management appeals to the parents to prepare his/her child to accept the fact that he/she is going to study in a residential school. • Vikas Vidyalaya students must report to school on the reopening days by the specified time and date.
• Parents are allowed to visit the school premises on their child’s birthday in the afternoon.
• Students are not allowed to keep any money with them along with other valuable things like cameras, music systems, expensive watches, jewelry etc. with them
• Students below class V are not allowed to use wristwatches in school, in fact, the school will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any such items.         
• The school has students are divided into three categories - boarders, day boarders, and weekday boarders. Parents can meet their children either on the 2nd or 4th Saturdays of each month between 2 – 4 pm.
